Well, sorry about today's confusion. I've used video software before and have never had that issue.
Between Laurel and I, I think we've come up with a solution to the issue.
Would anyone be available either tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday at 10:00 to try this again?
Please email me and we'll try it when the most folks are available.
